I would come if it was a good one. I've attended workshops in Seattle from Marice Tobias and Harlan Hogan. Going to L.A. next week for another Marice workshop.

Pam,
All I know is what I do which is to highlight each breath and then normalize them to .5 or .6. Works for me.
