I'm not a huge Microsoft fan (at least from an OS standpoint), but this new entertainment technology they're introducing looks absolutely amazing. And it's long overdue!

Check the videos at the bottom of the page for examples. Curious what kind of impact this will have on VO in games. For example, if players say their own names to the game, is the game going to have a synthesized voice say them back, or will it have to pull from a library of names voiced by an actor?

Justin,
There's a log-in to the ReelFX site embeded in your link.

Hopefully this one will work better. _________________ Be well,

Thanks, Bob. I keep forgetting that links I copy from webmail will have that extra stuff tacked on, and I didn't even look when I pasted it in. I fixed the original post as well. _________________ Justin S. Barrett
