HA!
This is pretty funny!

It's an ad for the post office's website and how easy it is to send a registered letter via their website

VO is:

"OK so you log on, enter the addressee's info...type in your letter, nothing complicated here!...keep in mind it does take a few minutes to do this...then hit send...and...voilà, the post office prints the letter & sends it to the addressee!"

At which point the computer turns into a jet engine to deliver the letter.

Pretty cute!
