I have had a full couple of days of commercials and a slew of interesting auditions from various sources and then I get this job this afternoon singing opera for an hour and a half, something I don't really do, and it's from Verdi's MacBeth no less, and I'm singing Lord and Lady MacB, the three witches, characters in death throes and I'm the opening and closing announcer! It's all hopefully very funny, but my chords are taking the weekend off.
And despite my complaining, I had a lot of fun doing it.

...and if a last-minute commercial comes in tomorrow, you'll have the perfect response: "Out, damned Spot!" _________________ rowell gormon

Yes, indeed. One cannot dangle such carrots without sharing at least a portion. _________________ Justin S. Barrett

As far as I know they're still editing this :60. We did over 50, 3 to 10 version takes for the 24 different lines all the characters had and they had about a dozen cuts from the opera itself that they were intermixing with my stuff. I will say however the studio editor was a whiz as he manipulated all this material quickly so we could test each transition before moving on.

Well, here it is:
Opera in a Nutshell
With the exception of the obviously professional singers, all other voices are my fault.
