Sounds much more like Jeremy Irons to me. Why Jeremy Irons would narrate a video about plastic bags I'm not sure, but sometimes we gotta take work when we can get it.

For anyone who didn't watch it all the way through, it's a PSA for a bill in the California senate that aims to reduce plastic bag pollution. My guess is that Jeremy donated his time because he wants to support the cause.
