Hey, anyone using MicPort Pro on Win7 64 bit with Asio4all and Audition CS5.5?
Need to know of any incompatibilities before I buy a new computer. _________________ Jeff

I had driver issues with it on 64 bit...there was no problem on 32 bit.
Also the default levels were really really loud...I had to reduce volume to like 5 or 7 out of 100. I downloaded a driver from micport pro site and working better, but bit buggy. _________________ Thomas Bromhead

I find any audio device not using ASIO drivers on Win7-64 requires that the user turn the record level in the control panel WAY down to 10-15%.
No one has yet been able to explain this to me...
ASIO drivers tend to be so buggy it just doesn't seem to be worth using them for VO use. We don't care so much about low-latency when we're not multitrack recording. _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.
