VO-BB - 20 YEARS OLD!

Being a first, I thought it might be worth mentioning. Smile

I did a lil bit of background VO for Jill Soloway's short film "Una Hora Por Favora" starring Michaela Watkins and Wilmer Valderrama - it's a Sundance film festival selection this year. You can watch it in its entirety and vote for it at Yahoo!:

It was something of a fluke getting the part - a sound designer friend called me with a last-second request for announcer VO for a fake tv show, except there was no copy and I didn't even know what the project was for. I had to write something up myself based on a handful of details and hope the director liked what she heard. Fast forward some months and I'm now thinking, "Wow, that's what happened with it?" Funny how it works sometimes...

Congrats!

I've done VO's for two movies, neither of which made it to your local mega-plex

The first one starred Kevin Nealon, Tom Arnold and Dule Hill in a dark, but funny comedy called "Remarkable power"

The other one starred (Oh jeez) Ron Jeremy...I'm heard over the radio in the very beginning...No it wasn't a porno..

Oh, I love Dule Hill in Psych. Smile

The VO I did in Una Hora was little more than a sound effect and I'm really pleased they gave me any credit at all. Gives me a little more juice to keep chugging along!
