That's why you pay that "little" extra "uninsured driver" portion of your own car insurance, yes? I've heard a people having to sic lawyers on their own insurance company though when they dragged their heels paying up.

yes - i DO have the uninsured motorist insurance - but it is RAPIDLY becoming a huge PITA. i'll probably get about 2/3rds of what i need to replace with a comparable vehicle.
