Just when you thought you've seen it all...this showed up in a CraigsList search for "voice over." Yep - posted in the jobs section. Anyone want to take him up?
Quote: | I'm a 21 year old single male looking for someone to come tuck me in, read me bedtime stories, and scratch my back as I fall asleep a few nights a week. I struggle getting to sleep from time to time and really miss being tucked in by my mother. I just know if I could find someone who is willing to come and read me stories and scratch my back it would really help me fall asleep. I have most of the books I would prefer for you to read to me as I fall asleep but occasionally would like it if you could make up your own story to tell me. I would prefer a female but will accept male applications as long as you have a soothing voice. Some people may call me a bit of a spoiled brat but I'm just trying to get some decent shut eye on a regular basis. My sleep hours are a little odd and do fluctuate from time to time but I would be asking you to come over around 11:30pm. Please include a picture along with an original bedtime story you have composed so that I can see what kind of story telling skills you have. Look forward to meeting you and finding real sleep!
Compensation: We will start at 50.00 an hour and can negotiate. |

"You see, mother died and she now sits in the corner. It's not the same thing really but it is nice to have her around. Please let me know if that bothers you. I assure you she doesn't smell and is conservatively dressed, (I'm not a sicko!) I have a guest room you can use, with it's own shower. There's a full kitchen with a nice new set of Sabatier knives, so you can make yourself at home..." _________________ Company, villainous company, hath been the spoil of me...

"How do you keep her from smelling?"
"Oh, I just cut off her nose."

Someone get this guy an iPod, a subscription to Audible.com, a big teddy bear, and a one dollar bamboo back scratcher from an import store.
Sheesh,
