Hi guys,
Due to more and more people using iPads and iPhones to connect to the internet, my web guy decided to re work my site. http://zakmillervoices.drupalgardens.com/

I would love your feedback on the look, performance and over all feel of the site.

When I was asked what I was looking for in a site I told him... "Clean, and easy"

Looks great... overall, but for some reason (viewing on Kindle Fire) the left column is overlapping vertically. Maybe it's just the Kindle?

...nice, clean look, zak. but how does work with the I-crowd when players show up as flash? (i'm struggling with that aspect on my own site re-fit and am looking for the most universally useful display method.)

the new players are the html player. the old site had flash and that was the reason for the re do. the new i world does not like flash at all.

...got that part. my confusion came from right-clicking on your player and seeing "about adobe flash player" in the little info box. does your site switch to show what the visitor's computer wants to see?

Clean and clear, interesting copy draws you in and entertains. Players load reasonably quickly in iworld, ms, and Goog....

But players can be induced to overlap when jumping from one to another.
That's the only glitch I saw to report....

Hey Rowell,
I checked with the site guy. The players detect what you are set up to play with. Flash, html etc. The reason for the change is that flash and ipad/iphone are not a good match. I also hear that soundcloud can be an issue with the new i stuff.

Hi Zak,

I checked the site on my iPad, and it all looks neat and clean. The little players look good, and work nicely. In fact, they look a darn site nicer than when the site is brought up on Firefox when you get the big chunk of "flowplayer" logo above the play bar!

Overall very stylish, clean and functional.

thanks man!

I have to admit, this is totally free for me. Every now and then I have to voice something for the guy that made and hosts the site for me. I don't have to pay for it though and that is nice.

I had a friend take the gibberish that I wrote and make it all shiny and pro looking.

Great site Zak! Very clean and simple. I was curious though why the biggest graphic is the Facebook "F"? Gives it way too much importance IMO when YOU are the important one!

Pam, thanks! I noticed that as well. I think it is cool that it is there for seo, but it does stick out like a mole.

Still tweaking it a bit, there are some hidden things that I need to rework.
