Or more accurately, his neighbors could use more sound proofing from him. From a UK news service yesterday:

"Police investigating reports that a man was verbally abused in the borough were in for a surprise when they got to the bottom of the matter.

After the incident, which was reported in November 2011, police started an investigation which was concluded when they discovered that the abuser was, in fact, a voice-over actor rehearsing.

The actor was practicing a range of characters with a selection of accents and, police report, some of those characters were quite abusive.

Officers advised the actor not to practice too close to his window in future."

i've had a similar complaint re: working near the window. but it's because, working from home, i rarely wear pants.
