Nice West Coast Swing!! I'm going to go drag Carter from the tennis match and have him come in here and dance with me... _________________ Playing for a living...

Still, I gotta say thumbs down. A pop song has to have more than nifty production tricks to become a pleasure (guilty or otherwise)... |
Thanks for the vote of "cool" confidence.
For my money (yes, I bought the song!)-- this tune is a lot more than nifty production tricks. Great beat, great arrangements--vocal and instrumental.
Use of spartan presentation mixed with a wall of sound. Surprises as the tune progresses.
That last attribute is the most important to me. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

I've started using Constant Contact to help manage my e-mail newsletter. I now cannot go to the site without kd lang's "Constant Craving" playing in my head.
Great song, great singer, but now it won't. stop. playing. The iPod in my brain is stuck... _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

I have the clock radio set to the local classical station. So I always end up with about a bar-and-a-half of what ever was playing running thru my head for a while.
This morning I woke up before the alarm with Bon Jovi's "Wanted Dead or Alive" playing in the noggin.
Does this have a deeper meaning? |

I have the theme to the "Greatest American Hero" playing in my head 24-7
Sometimes the version from Seinfeld. _________________ Ben

Greatest American Hero. That was one of the first 45's I ever bought. I got it and Cyndi Lauper's She-Bop (I think it was that song) with some birthday money at the same time. _________________ Hart Voice Overs Blog

Thank goodness I've got Judas Priest to drown that out.
I had Judas Priest's cover of Johnny B. Goode in my head this morning.
Besides the original it is the best version EVAR. _________________ DBCooperVO.com |

I wouldn't dare tell you the first 45 record I owned. Even though I was a young tyke it would still make me look like an antique.
I've been really enjoying the CD of music from the TV show "Grey's Anatomy". Some very tasty stuff there.

ONE of the first 45's I owned was Jim Croce's "Bad, Bad Leroy Brown". I also remember having Andy Gibb's "Shadow Dancing" and Rod Stewart's "Hot Legs", just to name a few. Geez....that's bad Those are the first two that came to mind that I could recall. I still have MANY of those things around here and one of the old "intergrated" Zenith stereo systems with a BSR changer turntable on it. Yep, it still works and the turntable is smooth as new |
