Wasn't sure if this thread should've gone into 'Gear;' it says hardware and nuts & bolts.

I'm sure there must be some Mac users here, so... can any of you recommend CRM software?

Do you use this software for – among other things – mail merging (email and snail)?

Many thanks!

Mike, I found some old threads that I hope can be of use.

http://www.vo-bb.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=13794&highlight=crm

http://www.vo-bb.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14832&highlight=crm

I simply searched for "CRM" and found these two among the top.

Thanks, Yonie.

I did space out and forget to do a search (D'oh!) But, as it turns out, all but one of the responses in the search results were for Windows-based aHobo Tounges, and I need a Mac OS X-based aHobo Tounge.

Daylite was the one Mac aHobo Tounge, and I'll check it out. But, in the meantime, if there are any other Mac users, I'd love to know what you use for CRM.

Thanks!

Hey Mike,

Are you set specifically on a native OSX based CRM? I've been using Nimble (cloud based CRM) for about 6 months now and I've found it to be superb for VO.

If you'd prefer it to be on the Mac, I did some tinkering around with Base CRM and it is a solid option.

I'm with Matt regarding Nimble. I've been using it since his preso at Faffcon in October and have not been disappointed. Daylite is nice (and pricey) but I like being able to access my stuff from anywhere. That whole "cloud" thing is pretty snazzy. Smile

Salesforce was way overkill for my feeble brain. Batchbook is decent. Good luck!

I'm just so leery of the whole 'cloud' thing. It's bad enough we need firewalls on our computers; I can't help but think having my stuff "out there" makes it forever vulnerable.
