Just got back from a day of teaching science and monitoring an end of school dance. Every time I have to monitor one of those, I thank God that I am no longer a teenager...especially a teenage girl...HORMONES!!!
EDIT: Not that I was ever a teenage GIRL...but you know what I mean. _________________ http://neilkhessvo.com |

Let's see... 8:15 Pacific was get-toddlers-pottied-and-dressed time, then on to breakfast and video chat with Dad who is working in Sweden for two weeks. Laundry start. Next was swim class for Little Missy and me, then kid lunch and nap for the small fry. Reading with Big Missy, a bit of relaxing with her and video, then Little Mss up from nap, more laundry rotation, fixing dinner, dinnertime drama, bit of playing, kid bedtime routine. Interspersed throughout the day, checking of email and messages on mobile device... thus hatched a plan to cut audition request for agent tomorrow evening.
Now exhausted and doing a bit of crochet for relaxation (and Little Missy's second birthday prep).
This is the typical pace of most days and a source of some frustration for me regarding the current lack of capacity for VO tasks; on the other hand it is a gift to have this time with my children so though I am not good at being patient I am practicing taking the long view. _________________ jen@jengosnell.com

Yesterday:
Took the day off to go to a Rotary meeting....do yet more house hunting....but mostly to attend the wake for a friend's mom and be there to support our friend.
Today the funeral, internment, repast...then back to work.
The thing I love most about our work is the ability to take the time needed to be there for friends. _________________ Liz de Nesnera O.A.V. ~ Livin' The VO Dream!
