This is why we close the (well sealed) door. Peaches (senior ginger cat) and Fiona (calico terror) both understand.... But when THAT doesn't work (claws frantically working door seal over)....

Oh yes. I have been accompanied many times by cat VO. Luckily, it's easily edited out.
A few weeks ago we were doing a phone patch with a VO in LA who was interrupted by a two-year-old grandchild wandering into the studio. _________________ Charter Member: Threadjackers Local 420 |

That happened to me last week! The child, not the cat. Thankfully, it wasn't a patched session. Daddy took his eye off the webcam. Right in the middle of quite possibly the best take EVAR, my 3 year old daughter Van Damme's the door open and screams "GOTTA POTTY!!!". Priceless. _________________ Chris Ratliff VO's

This is funny cute.
I did that same sort of thing when I was a wee little girl...at a performance of the Marine Corps Silent Drill Team. _________________ Playing for a living...

Oh Connie, that is so funny. Reminds me of when we were at a Highlands Festival and the clans were trooping by. The pipers were staring straight ahead when when one little one came running out from the sidelines and yelled to his dad (one of the drummers), "Daddy, did you get to wee before the parade?"
It just brought the house down, but the guards maintained their stiff upper lips (barely).

This made me laugh!
(as did all the subsequent stories!)
Thanks for that! _________________ Liz de Nesnera O.A.V. ~ Livin' The VO Dream!
