How would we come up with buyout rates for a country whose media outlets we have practically no knowledge of?

Where does one begin?

Thanks for that link, Philip! It's a great resource... with one tiny exception: the disclaimer at the page bottom states the info was last updated on May 15, 2007. However, as you said, it is a good place to start.

Does 'Basic Studio Fee' actually refer to the session fee?

The country I'm referring to in this case, FinMac, is the UAE.

Basic studio fee is the same as minimum. Other calc remain the same as in the last 6 years basic studio fee should've gone up.
