I hope that Casey will be able to pass in peace, regardless of the stress and turmoil that surrounds him.

Would it would be in bad taste to say something about "counting down?"

Casey Kasem was the voice of the music for those who grew up listening to him every Saturday. He held our interest and dominated the airwaves for that special time every week as he counted down to "number one."

I am also intimately familiar with Parkinson's Disease. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I feel sorry for his family.
Angry at his trophy wife.

And sad to have to say goodbye...

Wasn't till I started doing it for a living that I realized how good he was at his craft of deejaying...and the master of the tease....you HAD to stick around to hear his payoffs.
