Got this in the ol' inbox from one of my agents, regarding a test market spot I cut back in January:

Quote:
FYI... They added 2yrs national usage for another $xxxx

Not a bad way to wrap up the week!

Here's the spot, in case anyone's interested:

I've always been a fan of your voice Chris. This is your typically wonderful read. Sweet.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, it's greatly appreciated.

Anytime they tell you "you don't have to do anything else, we'll just send you more money" is a good day.

I remember getting that audition through my agent in Atlanta. After seeing the spot, you were a much better fit than I. In fact, you were the PERFECT fit! Nice job!!!

And the residuals... it's hard to top those kind of emails!

Just had a check come in from one of my agents that was for a project I did not recognize. Went back to their folder and found an audition I did around the time stated on the check, and from the content, I surmised that they had used a snippet from the audition. Asked him to check on that possibility and sure enough...it was taken from that audition.

So, this sort of ties into the "audition" thread.
