It's been nearly a year since I recorded my bits, but the audio drama Tiger's Quest is now done and released...featuring yours truly, along with our own Peter O'Connell.
A fun project featuring some great performances; mine is further down that list, but you can hear a bit of me in clip 28 on the "Preview" page. (Not trying to shill for sales, as I've already been paid my pittance. ) _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

Sounds great Dave! You and Peter both deserve a well done. I was wondering when Tiger's Quest was coming out. Great job.

It HAD to be a huge challenge to produce...for example, just trying to match mic quality and volumes from soooo many different resources.
I heard my Lemur clip the other day (I think I did the narrator too...this was like a year ago) and it really did flow between me and the actress who played the lioness (whom I never saw, never heard, never met).
Now working with David on this project and all the time we spent to together in the studio I have only one word to describe him: Diva.
Constantly showing up late to the studio cause he was out partying all night, strange people walking in and out of his trailer, yelling at the Director, throwing Evian bottles at him and the tabloids...they,,,(excuse me? He's not? Who's that? Oh, Lohan...ah right, right)
Um sorry I'm meant Lindsey Lohan, not David...I always confusion them. Never mind _________________ - Peter

No kidding! Even the kids at McDonalds flip me the bird instead of a burger )
David, I didn't know him at the time of the recording but one of the other actors in the show was a great voice actor who I've worked with a lot and who has become a friend by the name of Jack LoCastro. We also had a good laugh about being in the production "together"
Did you know any of the actors or get to meet any of them? _________________ - Peter

Don't know any of the other actors, though I did correspond with Michelle D. a couple of times.
I don't think it will launch anyone's career into the stratosphere, but it was fun, and I get to drop names like yours and Phil Snyder's. _________________ Great Voice. Great Choice. For Voice Talking and stuff.

Dave--pretty happy that's over with??!!
I see that one of the crew is the "Man of a Million Voices" and that got me thinking about Mel Blanc, and this from his obituary:
Known as "The Man of 1,000 Voices," Blanc was virtually never seen on the silver screen during the golden era of Merrie Melodies cartoons. Yet the myriad permutations of his acrobatic vocal cords have remained instantly recognizable by children of all ages around the globe for more than 50 years.
Hmmm. Amazing he gained such notoriety with a thousand voices and some have a million to shill! _________________ sitting at #8, though not as present as I'd like to be. Hello!
