This fire is west of us, heading south west. About 400+ acres. High winds are moving it right along. Wondering if any San Diego locals are in the fires path?

800 acres. Winds are now more favorable. They seem to be getting a handle on it. Tomorrow's forecast for hot dry windy conditions. Fingers crossed.

Yesterday was a good day. Today we have 6+ fires burning in San Diego County. Fire crews are stretched. No evacs in our area. Most fires are still burning to the west of us.

It's been a crazy day. Worried about tomorrow. More hot, dry, windy weather. I saw itxwas up to 8 fires. None too close yet. Still makes me nervous.

We are less that 2 miles southeast of Rancho Bernardo Road and 15. I can see fires burning in that direction from my front door. No news for evac. May be just a small grass fire on the other side of the freeway.

There were 11 fires total. I think they are now out all but one on USMC Camp Pendleton. We had a 30 acre fure 3 miles from us Saturday in Santee.

Nice change. I don't like fire weather. I hate firebugs. We need rain!
