And yet again, the joy of living in the South is re-imprinted on me.
I'm a 10 minute drive from the heart of downtown Atlanta and walking distance - quite literally - to the grocery store, bank, restaurants and parks. Own home, 2000 square feet on about a 1/4 acre lot in a tree-shrouded, quiet, family friendly 1950's era neighborhood. Paid a whopping $158k for the place and have a mortgage of $700/month.
My sister, on the other hand, DOES live in NYC. In the Bronx.
Lucky her. _________________ Scott R. Pollak

I love NYC, but aye, I concur with Scott. I was just thinking today about how *goshdarnit* there is so much to experience and do here in Georgia - and it's cheap! I'm on the subway in a 3bdrm townhouse in a lovely walkable neighborhood for Queens studio prices. It might even be less, I suppose. Actually, I know it's less. A buddy works for Square and lives in Queens and we pay slightly less. This is how all of us in Georgia can afford $15K microphones.
Anyway, go NY Rangers! _________________ Skype: globalvoiceover
