Hey Gang—
I was mucking about in database land and blew up the VO-BB by accident.
I just got off the phone with GoDaddy and they were able to restore us up to Saturday, November 8.
I apologize for the loss of Sunday, but I believe we have a great deal to celebrate.

I was improvising my thoughts on the ultimate path to world peace on the VO-BB on Sunday. It was brilliant. It would bring the forces of darkness to the peace table and lead to their total surrender and make them contributing members to a globe of total human kindness and prosperity.
Sadly, I didn't make a copy for my records.
We're screwed.

I was not "faffing" as I was actively destroying things, apparently. If I were "faffing" I've been reading my romance novel with my feet up, eating bon-bons, and that's not likely to blow up a database.

Does this mean that everything we posted on Sunday has been vaporized? But... but... I had written a post so beautiful, so soul-wrenchingly perfect that all who read it would weep from the sheer poetry and pure truth of it all.
Oh, wait. My mistake. It was just another petty gripe about something unimportant.
