I'm looking for a really nice boom mic that I can attach to the ceiling or wall. Anybody have experience with any that would comment?

I'm willing to pay for one that does what I need.

Thanks.

I use Luxo arms with bases that are screwed into my electric table. Here's a look at what B&H offers. Plenty more out there.

I have had a Rode PSA-1 for 3 years with no complaints. Definitely watch the ones that have external springs as they can make noise.

I haven't seen one that hangs from the ceiling, but a rod mounted on the ceiling with some creative rigging could easily hold a mount. You really just need a small hole to drop the stand into. B&H has one that mounts to the wall.

I have a QM50 which someone had recommended here a while back. http://www.q-mic.com/qm-50-professional-mic-arm/ We also ordered the wall mount kit and probably a few extra parts from the hardware store (left the installation to hubby!) and it has been successfully ceiling mounted for the last couple of years.
