It's Spring Cleaning time and I need to clear out my gear closet. I no longer use ISDN but the RoadWarrior is an excellent portable ISDN codec. http://www.best-proav.com/eng/cpmain.asp?id=2153&yjbh=137&ejbh=275
It's been stored in a smoke free home. I have this also listed on the Facebook Gear Exchange page. Looking to get $800 for this.
The Musicam RoadWarrior is a portable IP/ISDN commentator box based on the Suprima IP/ISDN dual audio codec that can send and receive simultaneously via IP through its Ethernet port (10/100BaseTX), as well as connect to ISDN codecs through its built in 1-BRI terminal adapter.
RoadWarrior comes fitted with the widest range of industry-standard coding algorithms: G711, G722, MPEG 1/2 Layer II/III, MPEG2/4 AAC LC, MPEG4 AAC LD, Apt-X and PCM (uncompressed linear audio over I , enabling flexible compatibility with connections to third party codecs. Like Suprima, RoadWarrior can automatically detect the calling codec and synchronize to it.
RoadWarrior can be controlled from it's top panel, through a large, easy to use, navigate menu display, or via remote control, through Its embedded Web Page, or through the CCS management software application, from which one can control all of the CCS IP audio codecs (Suprima, TeamMate E1/T1 Multiplexer, RoadWarrior, SupriMAX...).
Musicam RoadWarrior Features:
• Portable IP and ISDN audio codec (software upgrade via FTP)
• 5-channel mixer with 4-channel IFB talkback
• Four XLR balanced mic inputs (switchable for mic/line and 48V phantom power) each with independent level control
• Channel assignment (main or talkback) buttons for each input
• Three 6.35mm jack headphone outputs with independent channel (local/return) and level controls
• Two XLR male, electronically balanced outputs, as auxiliary outputs
• Automatic ISDN failover
• Supports G.722, MPEG L2/L3, AAC LC, MPEG4 LD, apt-X Std & Enh, PCM, and AAC-HE
• LAN interface 10/100 base-T Ethernet for control and audio transmission
• 2-GPIO remote contact closures
• SIP compatibility _________________ Pam Tierney

Heh, knew you would post it here too!
A general question for you Pam, and for anyone else who has used the same model: how easy to setup/use is it for an ISDN newbie?
I remember Dave from Digifone telling me to stay away from a certain model, but can't remember if it's this one or not. Probably not, as he's selling it on his website for VO talent specifically.... _________________ Adam

Adam, I actually bought this from Dave at Digifon. And it was pretty easy to set up, basically plug and play. He did help with some basic settings for the knobs but otherwise it was easy. I could probably reach out to time to get the settings again if you want.
I think Rowell Gordon used to have this exact one as well but maybe I'm wrong. If so, you could enlist him to help out with the set up.
Hope this helps! _________________ Pam Tierney

I don't know what Rowell Gorman has/had, but mine is a Musicam Roadrunner. _________________ Lee Gordon, O.A.V.

Yes Lee that is a different model. It's a warrior not a runner. This one is all pretty and purple like a Sega game box as Adam pointed out. _________________ Pam Tierney
