Hallo chaps

Are any of you lovely people going to WoVoCon? I am sorely tempted, and would be even more so if I knew that I might see any of your beautiful faces!

If you've not been to Vegas before, give yourself some extra time to see the sights or a show... I'm sure you will, because it's a bloody long way to come for a long weekend Smile

I used to live in Phoenix, Arizona where my love affair for Vegas (and overnight road trips to get there) started. I once saw three Cirque shows in under 24 hours. I may try to beat that record!!

Philip, it's a sort-of membery-thing for the membership... but it's as cheap as chips to join and I'd make sure you got approved at Professional level (I know people). Wink

Due to having to finalize the deal with the sausages'n'stuff with the hotel, I think the registration is only open for a few more weeks... We're currently at 100+ souls on board, so it should be fun if nothing else!

Sorry for late confirmation... I've been away at a VO drinking event (I didn't even make it to podium at this one... I'm out of practice). WoVOCon is definitely open to all our members, whichever level of membership.

Although it didn't seem like it, someone said there were getting on for 500 people there. I certainly saw people in the hotel this morning that I hadn't seen all weekend... so I guess it's easy to miss people. This can be the downside to these larger events. I was hanging out at the WoVO booth answering questions (we were a sponsor) or having some interesting side-bar discussions most of the time and didn't actually get to many sessions... the P2P owners panel, the agent's panel, the P2P panel I participated in & one of Scott Brick's sessions was about it for me.
