Lee- I've got my eye on retrofitting a decommissioned submarine -- make it entirely self-contained with fishing nets, solar panels, desalination rig, aquaponic garden for veggtables.

Put some astro turf on top for hitting golf balls and some inflatable palm trees. Gut the interior and put in some roulette wheels and classic arcade games...

Oh, and I'd paint it yellow .. Yep, I'd have my yellow submarine to sail around the world and live in. cool
