Do any of you claim domestic production activity on your taxes (form 8903)? I was looking at it and Film services can claim it but I'm not sure about we talkers. I couldn't find it in a search so I thought I'd ask. This would be for US talkers, btw.

I do. I just subtract all of the earnings from clients outside the USA and use the remaining total as my number for the form.

Thank you! I didn't do it, reading into it that I could if I issued w-2s. I read the IRS document. It seemed I qualified but then I got hung up on that fact. Since I've not done that before I didn't want it to be a red flag for audit. It's been confusing enough with the fire stuff I wasn't sure if I wanted to mess with that. I appreciate your reply, Bob!!

Since I pay a salary to my son Eric, I do in fact issue at least one (previously 2) W-2 forms every year.
