FYI, this all started when I went to a recommended dim sum restaurant by myself. I had no clue what to order or what it was that I did order, but the first thing tasted terrible. I asked the server what it was but I didn’t understand what she was saying when she told me. However I did understand when she followed it with, ‘I suprise you oder. White guy no usually eat dat.’

Upon hearing this, the boys said, let us take you out and show you the ropes. And that they did. A very nice afternoon with my Portland VO caretakers. Thanks again guys!

Paper Wrapped Chicken
Wu Gok aka Taro Dumpling
Shrimp Toast
Crab Rangoon
Shrimp Siu Mai
Pork Siu Mai
BBQ Pork
Fun Gor/Guo w/Chicken (dumpling) fried or steamed
Sticky Rice in Lotus. ( will have a variety of mushrooms, sausage, etc)
Spring Rolls.
Beef Noodle Rolls
Dried Shrimp Scallion Noodle Rolls
Green Beans with black bean sauce
There's a roast duck that's cut up in small pieces I can't remember the name.
