Jason, I'd get the locally available and cheap Standard WR and enhance it yourself, if needed. A horse-stall mat on the roof might cut down on some of the foot-fall noise from upstairs, which will be your biggest issue in the basement. You can buy the Enhanced kit to install someday later, for several $1000. Enhanced has double EVERYTHING, ceiling, floor, door, windows, and walls. Outfit it with ATS Acoustics bass-traps (2 corner traps if you a really getting serious) and a few 2x4'x2" panels on the other walls, and you're golden. Get the ventilation from Vocalboothtogo.com, the quietest fan I've ever (not) heard! _________________ If it sounds good, it is good.
