It took me many MANY tries to conquer “regularly”, but I had to when I got a grocery store chain as a client. I did the break down bit splitting it into two words, “REG-yu” and “LUR-lee” and gradually bringing them together, but it still took serious repetition.

Particularly, similarly, and regularly are part of my daily vocal workout.
Because as a native of Massachusetts, there are no "R"s in those words in my patois ... and I've gotta train my face to put them back in.
The "could not say" du jour is: "Balanced Scorecard Public Sector Case Study."

Permit to quote a gallant man.
"I am just going outside and may be some time."

From Wikipedia:
Quote: | Lawrence Edward Grace "Titus" Oates or Captain Lawrence Oates (March 17, 1880 – March 16, 1912)[1] was a British cavalry officer and an Antarctic explorer. He died during the Terra Nova Expedition of 1910–13. Oates, who had gangrene and frostbite, walked from his tent into a blizzard. His death is seen as an act of sacrifice. When he knew that his sickness risked the survival of his three crew mates, he chose certain death. |
Another way of saying “lost the will to live”, eh?
