I just got an email from Bob Bergen and our Vox on the Rocks VO networking events will be resuming 1/11, and in a new location! If you're in the neighborhood, come on over! It's a bit nicer than our old digs, so I guess we can't just come in our jammies anymore...
Here's Bob's message:

And with the new year comes a new VOX on the Rocks venue!! After lots of searching, our new home for VOX on the Rocks is The Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel! All the details can be found here:

Our first VOX of the year will be Thursday, January 11!!! People start arriving after 7:00pm!
When you arrive walk all the way to the back of the lobby past the bar where you'll find our reserved area. If you aren't sure where to go ask for the bar manager Robert and tell him you are with VOX on the Rocks.
The hotel parking can be pricey, so I recommend parking on Ocean. There are also nearby beach parking lots that are cheaper than the hotel.
In case you want to mark your calendars, here are all the 2007 VOX on the Rocks dates, all on Thursday nights:
January 11
February 22
March 22
April 26
May 31
June 28
July 19
August 23
September 27
October 25

Amy,
I may be there in LA the weekend of the August event. Is there anyone I need to know to take part? Can I just drop in even without having been there before?

For those of you in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, Bob Bergen will be giving a two evening workshop at S.T.A.G.E in Dallas on Jan 17-18. Sadly I cannot attend.
