I found him in about :15... I too was thinking it was one of those "magic eye" things that were popular ages ago. I seriously NEVER EVER could see what you were supposed to see with those. So, thinking that, I was apprehensive at the start.

I definitely need more protein and exercise... now I'll have time to do that and stop eating Mickie D's all the time!!! Smile

Yup, I am right handed, left eye dominant and repulsive to farm animals. I saw the man in 5 sec. Cool test.

So, if I saw Ghandi playing gin rummy with a giraffe that would be wrong? I saw it in less than three seconds though. That's gotta count for something.
Confused,

Took me under a minute but that's cuz I re-read the instructions to see if it was supposed to be beans in the shape of a man, which I thought and wasted time on...then finally saw the actual guy the size of a bean...wasn't looking for the right thing....doesn't count...it cheated!!! cool

huh, i'm right handed, left eye dominant too! crap, i thought i was somewhat unique. btw: i golf left handed, switch hit in baseball and shoot a bow right-handed (but still use the dominant left eye). oh - and i found the guy before i read the instructions (just like the comics - i always look at the pictures first). maybe i need serious professional help.

Ok, that was a cool little test. So, I'm left eye dominant and right handed.

Funny enough, my husband just bought me a gun and we're going to the range next week. Which, given what that little article said, I should shoot with my left hand. But I don't... I shoot with my right!! Would I be a better shot if I used my left (I tend to doubt that).

I do other simple things with my left hand... like open jars.

sissy.

Caryn, you can use your dominant eye—you just lean your head over a little.

I'm left-eyed right-handed too, but for recreational shooting I've done pretty well with free hand shooting...just whip it out and fire from just above waist level. However, I went through a session at a local police department's computerized big-screen simulator where you have a split second to determine who's an innocent and who's a perp...I didn't fire at any of the innocents and I hit all four perps...square in the head. I know that's not the best place to hit a guy with a gun, but hey, if they were wearing Kevlar vests I would have stopped them all!

So what does it mean when you are ambidextrous? I shoot with both hands, I write with both hands, and I see the same with both eyes.

I even use the computer mouse with both hands equally well.

I know, it means I am strange... Embarrassed
