I had a friend of mine as me what people were referring to when they write TOS. Like, "I got the audition through TOS today". _________________ Brian Haymond

To me it was always used when discussing Star Trek. You had:
Star Trek: TOS
Star Trek: TNG
Star Trek: DS9
etc...
So in this case, it was The Original Series.
Yes, I have been to ST conventions! _________________ Try to imagine a world where there is no such thing as hypothetical situations.

On the forum associated with V123, TOS = "The Other Site". The term "voices.com" used to be censored, so TOS came into use. Now that it's not censored, it still gets used out of habit and tradition.

Personally, I'll always know TOS as the Tramiel Operating System.

Amy,
I've been accused of that from time to time. _________________ Be well,

Totally Outrageously Sucky
( I hate it when producers and engineers use that to describe my first take!) |
