Ralph,
Enjoyed the blog post. That's pretty darn cool. I once ran into Gene at a restaurant on Sunset Boulevard in L.A.
My pic is from a Halloween party way back in college. My buddies and I decided to go as KISS. So we drank large amounts of beer while my then girlfriend applied makeup to all four of us. It took her 5 hours. The other three wore wigs but since I had long hair at the time I dyed mine black. Good times, good times.

My PM box is loaded with queries about the vintage of my little picture!
It was 1976. I was 18.
We were going to a Kiss concert, my sweetie and his best pal and me. I got them all made up, too.
The denim getup was stuff I made.

We weren't creative enough to make clothes, and being college students too broke to make our own. Boy did we have fun. My wife thinks all my college buddies and I were weird.
