I think they do. I think someone has a 'bot that monitors recipients or something.
I get spam from names that are very uncommon, but are the names of my e-mail pals.

Yeah, my mom has started getting spam mail address to her ex-husband from years ago. The fact that they are mostly for 'male' related products has been the source of many jokes
