I have loved House in the past, but I'm beginning to get tired of seeing the same formula, show after show: wrong diagnosis, right diagnosis, wrong, right, wrong, right, Bingo!

Although, it was a delightful moment of self-deprecation in this week's show when the janitor guessed "lupus" as the patient's problem!

(It's a running joke where the doctors frequently propose lupus and it never is.)
