Hi there,

Since my hubby has a business, we're thinking of what we can order together for gifts.

I'm considering ordering in bulk from a local chocolatier (www.normanloveconfectioners.com). He's top notch... matter of fact, he makes the high end chocolates for Godiva. I actually really don't even like chocolate, but I do like his chocolate.

He's also expensive if you buy the chocolates already boxed. Box of 5 - $13.50... box of 15 - $32. Plus shipping is approx. $18 per package on top of that - they put the little box in a great big box, with dry ice (not sure it's necessary), etc.

But, I'm considering buying bulk at $.55 a piece. Now, that would mean I'd have to package the beauties myself, and ship them. Not sure if a) want to do that and b) if that would have the same aura as sending someone homemade cookies b/c I'd have to package these babies myself. I'd have to wear gloves and make an assembly line.

As for shipping, with my hubby's business, he has a killer deal with UPS overnights, so if we can get a box that will fit into a UPS padded envelope, it would be $5 per.

So, in looking at candy boxes, etc. tonight I've come across two great sites I wanted to share... www.nashvillewraps.com (I know several people who use this site to buy shopping bags for their businesses) and www.papermart.com
