post-turkey thankfulness (from marin county california, where my sister and her family live):
her friends and her children's friends, who ALL KNOW what voiceover is! when i told them what i do, the general response was: wow! that is SO cool! cool

i was surprised every time, since, as you know, we're usually left explaining in far too many words!

oh, and thankful, too, for the heritage turkey we ate yesterday. delish. just like olden days.

I am thankful for . . .

my grandfather who passed away 2 days before Thanksgiving and the legacy of love he left for those of us who remain.

my family of relatives, friends and pets.

the kindness of strangers, especially when they become new friends.

technology.

the opportunity each day to try again, and again, and again until hopefully, I get it right someday.
