Reporter short for fabricators. They tend to find it easer to build and perpetuate a lie than to represent the truth.

It total amazes me at the stupidity they pass off as important. Edward R. Marrow now there was a reporter.

Apart from being very funny and talented, such is Emma's popularity amongst producers and directors that they merely say "We have Emma coming in for a voice session(or on ISDN) tomorrow". The assumption is that you know they mean Emma Clarke ....... Is there another Emma?

Mention Banksey to her and the response is always "Mmmmmmmmmmm. I've known Derek for years".

sounds like the reporter is guilty of libel.
