Thanks for that, guys! Someone had recommended a Quickbooks for small business or something last year and it was sooooo much more than I needed - this sounds like an "LE" version so I'll run out and get it.

Thanks you much.

Anthony I think the version you are referring to is the "Enterprise" Small Buriness edition and that's not the one- Just "Quickbooks". I've used the program for about 14 years, and it keeps getting better.

KG posted this about some software called INVOICE2.

I'm giving it a test-drive now.

If you don't mind storing your financial info on a (secure) remote server, I've heard great things about www.Blinksale.com.

I ended up making a picture file of the invoice, erased the dollar sign, and indicated the currency in the description.

I use Quicken H&B 2006 and while there is multicurrency support on the personal finance side, in the portfolio, there is NO currency designation at all on invoicing. All of my invoices have amounts only. No dollar signs or anything else. It's easy to make a note in the "memo" space to indicate the currency.

i can't remember the last time i had to invoice anyone - although the resurrection of the post is somewhat timely as I look to 2008 as the "getting back to basics" year in terms of my hustle. thx.
