Bob can't possibly be your new president......for two reasons;
1) I have never heard or seen him suggest/ demand 'change'......on anything.
2) I don't think he would walk into any room with his mouth wide open in fake surprise pointing at people he obviously doesn't know.
Hmm....maybe therefore he would be the perfect choice.
