I was wondering the same thing...without the hat, it took me a while to figure out it was supposed to be a microphone...

By the way, I totally didn't want to make you into a woman (because that just . . .wouldn't work). The idea was to push the whole thing to a new level of dynamic awesomenocity, with a visual interpretation of the idea that the mic is in love with you! OMGLOL GET IT?!! Oh wait, I know what was missing! A tagline! I almost forgot smart marketing rule #347: Any good logo should be complicated enough that it needs additional explanation--it shows them you're complex if you can't be summed up by some little black & white symbol that looks like some guy named Svaalbard designed it at his schmancy fancy minimalisty TriBeca "graphics design firm." We don't need simple & clean in THIS country Svaalbard--why don't you get on the next plane back to Ikea!

Yes, a logo with inexplicable complexities decipherable only by a witty "punchline" tag is your key to the big time. "Gregory Houser: The voice no mic can resist." BAM. Marketing AU . . .as in, marketing GOLD--see, I'm complex. The more you complicate simple messages, the more interesting people think you are. Also, spicing up your conversations with foreign languages makes you look smarter, mais oui. Don't worry if you're not sure of the spelling or pronunciation. No one really knows the difference anyway, Nest pah? That little advertising lesson is on the house.

Gregory Houser: The voice no mic can resist! Wonderbar!

I like "Jay Tadore".
That would be a great Radio DJ name.

Or a design guy, to partner up with Skip Intro.

Go ahead . . . I find it's a good key word to use repeatedly on your resume as an awesomenographer. That's kind of like a trend-forecaster, only awesomer.

DB, I am still laughing about "Skip Intro," web designer extraordinaire.
