CONGRATULATIONS!!!! Heart is bursting with affection.
/I'll try to show progress on the studio - it is pretty much done - the walls and ceiling are upholstered now, 'cept for a bit of finish work along the ceiling/wall connection - and the upholsterer is doing this in his spare time.

Ok - here are a couple of pics - the only thing left to do now is paint the new walls.
Wait - I guess there is more to do...since I am realizing that I don't have to sit and edit in the little space, I don't need the electric table (going on Craig's list soon), so I'll need to mount the monitor on the wall and get a better mic stand. Keyboard and mouse can go behind me on the counter where the phone patch and mixer live.
This is the in progress photo - see the exposed pink insulation in the ceiling.
This is the office with the new booth in the back corner and the newly upholstered ceiling.
The booth showing ancient speakers (unhooked) temporarily holding up monitor. I'll also experiment with some carpeting.
And a bit of the office and the booth.
