I think Tom is correct --
MOA Animation (Method of Action Video - Medical Animation) for Scientific Visualization
But Frank's suggestion to ask is deeply wise. _________________ --Michael

Aren't those fun?
MOA to me is Memorandum of Agreement, which in the military world is something far different than that in the medical industry.
Medical Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Military... all have way too many acronyms, but I have to admit that some of them are fun.
I always enjoyed getting a welcome to SUC (yeah, it's pronounced just how you think it is). _________________ Voiceovers by Gregory Houser

MOA -- Memorandum of Agreement or -- MOU Memorandum of Understanding are both used at all levels of government, not just the military. It is quite a common term, but probaly in the context it was used. _________________ Gregory Best

First thing that comes to mind is Mall Of America (based in Mlps, MN). Probably not it, though.... _________________ www.chriskoprowski.com/en |

The thing I did the other day that needed the four-way conference call was a MOA (an MOA). Turns out the client had a conference line all set up, so the background panic was unecessary - but beneficial for preventing future panic.
The audition had specific pronunication directions for "Polyglutamylated Pralatrexate" - which at the beginning of the session were altered so that the emPHAsis was on a different syLLAble. And the "a" went from a short "a" to a long "a". Amazingly enough, that switch didn't throw me, it was the word "synthesis." _________________ Playing for a living...
