I also have fig picking to do... they are ripe and sagging.
I've got football games to cover and fall home shows.

Thanks to all who agreed to help voice some PSA's for National Voice Over Month.
This is Labor Day, and since you're on vacation, I know you're all free to find some time at the mic.
Me? I have 5 half-hour news programs to anchor by myself.
Anywho...below are the links to 3 MS.docs. The copywriters are Lee Gordon, Peter O'Connell, and yours truly.
Since you're all professionals I'll leave the direction to you...as I believe you will have little trouble discerning the intent.
There are 4 x :30, 1 x :60, and I'm not sure how long Peter's is.
If you don't like these, please write one yourself and share it with the rest of us.
If you could, just be sure you leave enough room for me to separate out the different voices for editing between phrases, as I will make these collaborative pieces with as many voices as I can fit in from among the files submitted.
I may choose only two voices for the last of the :30's I wrote, so choose either "A" or "B" to record....everyone can do the tag.

Please just email the recordings in .mp3, mono, 44.1, 16-bit to CourVO@CourVO.com.
Thanks!

I love a party, me. Voiceover light! I'll do a tag, then I'm off for a cappucino and biccie (biscuit). _________________ Intuit and do it!

Thanks, everyone....
Rowell, see your email.
For those still hoping to volunteer your voice, I'm putting a Wednesday nite/Thursday morning - midnite - deadline on submissions, so I can get this puppy done before I leave for Faffcon.

Your voice. I need it.
I'm working on making this National Voice Over Month PSA the best it can be, and the more voices I have...the better.
See THIS previous blog for instructions, and links to the copy.
I'm particularly missing enough MALE voices for Peter O'Connell's script. So, choose to record that one, and maybe one or more of the other, shorter scripts, and send 'em on over to me at CourVO@CourVO.com. I'd like to get it done in time to premiere it at FaffCon, and post it on the NVOM website before I leave Saturday.
All the specs are in THIS aforementioned article with links and instructions.
No. There's no renumeration in greenbacks here, but you have the assurance that your voice goes into the best darn compilation PSA for all time (and maybe the first-ever) promoting our business.
By the end of the day today, Wed., 9-8-10 would be great...maybe not realistic, but great.
All of you who have already submitted --- GOOD STUFF!!! Thanks!!!
