My usual advice on inquiries like this: Look for what you want to do as a client would searching for that kind of talent. Who is offering Russian voice talent? Some are individuals who would never hire you, but they might give you leads. Some are low quality listing sites or P2P companies. But some are good agents or production houses who want to make you look good so they look good... who want you to make good money so they make good money.

I'd like to think Apple would only approach the best talent reps for a special need like that.
