Hey Ian - I am also a voice actor in NYC. I'm assuming that Baker is sending you out on non-union auditions? Other non-union agents to reach out to are Suzy Friedman (agent), Ingrid French ("manager"), and Avanti ("manager"). But honestly, Baker probably gets all the breakdowns that those other agents get. She's a good person to have in your corner. If you're just looking to supplement your income from your home studio, try reaching out directly to some of the production houses that do whiteboard videos or other industrials. They usually love it when you can record on your own. If you still want to get another union agent, maybe look into some of the smaller agencies, like Stewart, Innovative, or Access.

You are way past Edge Studios for performance, but Tom Dheere does a VO business/marketing class out of Edge that is definitely worth checking out.

If you're looking to find a NYC coach to sharpen your performance skills, look up Ed Lewis, Andy Roth, Roger Becker, and Carrie Faverty. If you audition a lot in NYC, you've probably auditioned for all of these CDs. They're also all fantastic coaches.
