As for creepy... I don't know if that's in my current repertoire! I'll work on developing that, if it's important. I'm just such naturally a little bit of pink fluff that I'm afraid dark is not a current specialty!

I think "creepy" is not part of you but "ice" would be easy to find if you looked for it. No indictment on you as a person.

I'll bet you could get to creepy/menacing, but it's a 12-step program. Philip's "Ice" is one of the steps, albeit an advanced one (but with those directions it should be a snap). Once you've mastered Ice, then you move on to Chilling; from there it's just a hop & a skip to Menacing.

You may be amazed at what you can accomplish this way. We, however, won't be. You got da goods, grl. Kiss

During the Dan O'Day summit last August, one of the sessions was a panel discussion of talent agent (1) and casting directors (2), talking about representation, etc.

The agent was Mary Ellen Lord of Sutton, Barth & Vennari there in LA. (She's Joe Cipriano's agent.) In that session she said explicitly that she listens to every demo sent to her. She explicitly welcomed unsolicited MP3 file demos (indeed said, "Don't send me a link to your demo. Send me the file.) I stood up and asked, do you really mean you want us to send you MP3 without checking with you first. She said, "Yes."
