Funny thing.....I tried Voices.com for one month to see what it was like. See what kind of action I could muster in 30 days........nothing at all....until the last day of my month membership. Then I get an email from someone asking me if I would do two :30 TV local statewide spots for the amount I quoted them. I said sure only since I figured I could get my money back (ROI) for the month and then enough to pay for a year membership and then some.
No further reply after that. Not sure if it was a plant or not. I did not bite regardless and no renewal was done. The rating system was just a mess at the time too. Who knows? Just thought your story sounded pretty familiar, Tony. _________________ Ben

I subscribed to V123 for a year and only submitted a couple of auditions. My biggest client came after I let the subscription expire because I didn't have the time, at the time, to dedicate to auditioning like that.
We enjoy a great relationship nearly 3 years later... |
