| Not sure about the cement mixer, but the one on the bottom right in that photo looks similar to an attachment for connecting a 35mm camera (the camera needs a special connector too, that goes in place of the lens). |

It's part of the Sears site Manage My Home for manual inquiry.
Most Sears part numbers are like 26.1234567. You can't search for the number you gave us.

I have the cardboard box variety of that same scope I got for Christmas years ago. (Didn't come in the wood box.)
There should be a moon and a sun filter. If either is screwed into one of the lenses you won't be able to see anything. they are circular, threaded little attachments that screw into the chrome end of the lenses.
If I remember anything correctly, the cement mixer doo-hickey corrects or inverts the image so it's not upside down. The longer attachment simply increased the magnification by 'x' amount. The angled piece allows you to look down into the tube instead of having to crank your neck to look straight up the tube.
If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll see if I can find the destructions.
